All the Events, detailed in the 'Live It' Newsletter, Holiday Brochure and also on our web site, are aimed at the beginner and so no equipment is necessary.  You may book as many or as few events as you wish.

SPICE has been running almost 30 years and currently has over 12,000 members, split between eight SPICE groups around the country. Spice Scotland has over 700 members covering Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Ayrshire, the Borders and the surrounding areas and runs over 60 events each month you can be sure there will be lots of events near you.

If you join and decide within the first three months of your membership that Spice is not for you, we guarantee to return all membership monies to you without question.

As part of your membership package we include personal accident insurance for each member. This insurance covers you going to and from Spice events and also covers you whilst you are taking part in any of the Spice activities in the unlikely event of you being involved in an accident. Our suppliers have separate Public Liability insurance.
