Spice Summer Barbeque

The highlight of the summer – the Spice Summer Barbeque.  This year we are heading to Braidfield Farm (also known locally as Moreland’s Farm) – a working farm in Clydebank.  The Spice Rotisserie BBQ will face its first test since arrival from Cyprus – not a disposable tray; this is a real authentic charcoal burning delight!  We will have a selection of delicious meats including Pork, Lamb and Beef joints (superb when cut straight from the BBQ into your roll) good old fashioned butchers sausages, grilled vegetable kebabs, grilled haloumi all accompanied with mint, apple and horseradish sauces.  Throw in salads, soft drinks and water and we have the perfect summer Sunday.

There will be plenty of room for games – rounders, boules & frisbee – and should it rain – our very own barn to stay dry!  All eating and drinking utensils will be provided and toilet facilities are available on site.  All you need to bring is your sun cream, blankets and childhood memories of summer for what promises to be a memorable afternoon.
