Tandem Skydiving - Just a short note to say how much I enjoyed the Tandem Sky Dive last weekend. I must say I was treated very well by the staff at Skydive St Andrews and in particular Scotty, the lucky bloke who got to catapult me out of the plane.  He certainly gave me the VIP treatment and got me onto the first plane up to Scary Ville as soon as I arrived (which was much appreciated as there was a large queue of people waiting). Please pass on my thanks to everyone concerned for giving me a fantastic experience and 3 minutes of pure adrenaline rush! Best wishes, Ian

Workshop - Clairvoyance - I was at the clairvoyant night in Glasgow last Wednesday. I really enjoyed it, and wondered if you would mind passing on my thanks. (and of coursemy thanks to yourselves for organising it) Regards, Carol

Falconry Hawk Walk - At the risk of sounding wet and pathetic, I just wanted to write to you to say thank you for the wonderful day I had yesterday at the Falconry at Strathblane.  To say that this was an amazing thing to have taken part in must be the understatement of the century.  Where else could you get the opportunity to get so up close and personal with these totally fantastic animals but through Spice?  I can't wait to try out the white water rafting next month now!  I'm certainly well on my way to achieving my 10 challenges which I mentioned to you.  Anyway, a really big thank you.  It was just the greatest experience. Elaine

Guided Tour – Lothian Police Horses & Dogs - Just to say thanks for organising a really fab event.  I really enjoyed patting all the huge horses!  Susan

Treasure Hunt - Just wanted to say that I thought your treasure hunt on Sunday was fantastic – I don't think some people appreciate the effort that goes into organising these things. Iain

Fringe Comedy - Thanks for organising the Perrier awards yesterday, had a great time. Thanks, Peter

Guided Tour & Ceilidh - Thank you for a most enjoyable night on Saturday, I had a great time. Thank You, Ross

Guided Tour Strathclyde Police Horses - The tour at Strathclyde Mounted Police last night was really good - very interesting and the two policeman who showed us around were great and very generous with their time. Bye for now, Anne

Canadian canoeing - Yes it was really good, but I think you need to change the wording next time to "you will get wet"!! Our boat capsized three times - due to us being really rubbish at it. The last time - going through a particularly narrow and bumpy bit - we took the rest of the fleet with us - so everyone was soaked through. It was good fun though and the scenery was fab looking forward to the new programme, have made myself a mid-year resolution to do more Spice things! Susan

Da Vinci Sunday - I really enjoyed the day and had wanted to visit the chapel since I read the book but would probably not have got around to doing so if the event had not been on. Excellent value for money Well organised, with a very interesting guided tour of the chapel, a bit of a walk, a value for money meal which had been booked in advance and even a pack to take home.  This is one of the best things I have been to in Spice and if I lived closer I would definitely do again next time it was offered.  Regards, Ruth

Photography Walk in the Campsies - Just thought I'd drop you a quick line after phoning you from the midst of a blizzard on Saturday morning. Amazingly, the weather cleared up completely over the next hour or so and we ended up having a dry and sunny day in the hills. It was a great day - Graeme is a very relaxed, personable and inspirational teacher and very attentive to photographers at whatever level of ability (which in may case was very little). I'd recommend it for any future events. Thanks, Barry, Peter

Ten Pin Bowling - Great night on Saturday.  The pyramid game was great.  All turned up and mixed well.  Regards, Suzanne

Workshop – Special FX - Yes, it was excellent. They did a very professional workshop that had obviously been well prepared and almost scripted. They packed a lot in with everyone getting either made up or doing the makeup depending on what you fancied.  They clearly love doing it and enjoyed the workshop themselves.  Some of the group said they'd be up for more advanced SFX makeup. Well done to yourself for finding such an interesting and different activity!...yet again ;-) Cheers, Kevin

New Year Ball - I really enjoyed the Ball on Saturday night. It was a good meal, good Band and great company - all the necessary ingredients for a good Spice evening. Thank you for organising the event. Looking forward to the Mound visit tonight. See you later Iain

New Year Ball - Thought I drop you a quick line to say thanks for a wonderful evening on Sat the Ball was great - good venue, good food, good value and of course wonderful company.  Regards, Elaine

Harmonica Workshop - Blues Harmonica Workshop was EXCELLENT!  Ben's presentation style is relaxed, funny and interesting. He starts off easy with a demo of his own playing then demonstrates some weird looking harmonicas from around the world. After buying your harp everyone just wants to get started and you're quickly playing along to a blues backing tape. It was all very fun and interactive. Interestingly, it was less of a challenge to  the shy folk than I thought it would be. So a great workshop which everyone left happy from and some (like myself)will keep playing. Cheers, Kevin

Behind the Scenes – Gleneagles - Had a great day at Gleneagles today it was fabulous, the tour was excellent and the tea was amazing have probably gained a few pounds but who cares! Overall an exceptional day, hope to c u soon Lesley

Munro - Just to say the Munro with Nina was really excellent - well done for finding her and thank you! I will definitely be doing lots of walks with her! Many thanks and delighted to be back, Amanda x

Canadian Canoe - A fantastic day as expected. Never realised we would be going so far down river, full 6 miles from Kenmore to Aberfeldy, and much better than canoeing at Loch Ard last year which was great but this even better!  Cheers, Alan

On the Water – Narrowboat & Picnic - I really enjoyed the day out on the barge.  The write-up was accurate and I got exactly what I was expecting.  As with most of these activities, it was made all the better because the weather was fine.  I am not sure I would have enjoyed it the same if it had been raining, so I guess there is an element of luck involved too.  The picnic was good fun and what I liked about it was there was no scrimping on the food.  Barry was a great host and made sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink, which I think is really important.  It really nice day out and I would do it again and I would certainly recommend it as an activity in the future. Regards, Pam

On the Water – Narrowboat & Picnic - Had a fantastic day on the water.  Everything was perfect even the weather.  There was a good crowd,  especially liked the picnic, when everyone got off the boat and we just sat around chatting eating and drinking.  Timings were perfect.  Dead easy place to get to on the train, so for once I could have a drink.  Made a couple of new friends, and will look for their names on any future trips.  Thanks for a lovely day out, it was well worth the money and I would definitely recommend it to others. Gail
